Question by Firecracker .: Restricted sale parts and custom colors?
Background: I don’t want the standard HD offerring for saddlebags on my FXD35. They are too small, and I don’t care for the looks. My leather bags were only a cheap “get by” thing.
The project: design and fabricate a custom luggage rack/bracket to mount my old Hondaline hard bags. Paint bags Glacier White with red and blue stripes to match the bike. Add a tank bib to the back of each bag.
The question for you: Does anyone have any experience when it comes to obtaining the proper colors for an Anniversary Edition, or the “restricted sale” parts like the tank bibs?

I intend to stop at the dealership when I go out visiting this Sunday. Any advance knowledge would be a help.
I’ve got a question, and I’m going looking for the answer. I figured why not ask it? I know some people here have knowledge and good advice. Thanks for the effort. The search begins Sunday.

The house I was working on has been vacant for several years. My wife and I got it cheap and started doing repairs to it….I was working in the old garage and tore open the wall and low and behold an old dusty bag completly filled with stacks and stacks of new $ 50 dollar bills all dated 1943. Should I turn them in?

I’m pretty wealthy so I CAN afford the “real” versions of items. But especially in this economy, i’m buying cheaper versions of stuff, and my parents praise me for it. Have you ever bought cheaper versions?

Fake faux leather bags
and stuff similar to Ralph Lauren,Marc Jacobs,and Juicy.

I always buy cheaper versions of things, although my style isn’t ‘fuggs, leather, and RL, MD, And Juicy,’ the things I buy can be pricey too.
Some people think it’s bad because they look down on people who aren’t exact clones of them, or people who don’t have as much money as them.

Hmm. Well I very much doubt you fit into the childrens place!
Um, you could look for plaid skirts at target maybe…..
But, I’m not quite sure.
You could wear one of those coats she wears that would cover up most of your shirts so all you would have to do is wear a similar shirt maybe a tanktop….
And the pair of pants she wears in the thing.
